Hangzhou Industrial & Commercial Trust Co., Ltd., (hereafter referred to as Hangzhou Trust) is a non-banking financial institution licensed and supervised by China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission (CBRC). Established in 1986, Hangzhou Trust is the first joint-stock financial company in Hangzhou. The company re-registered with the approval of The People’s Bank of China in 2003.

In 2010, Hangzhou Trust set up its wholly-owned subsidiary, Langui Asset Management Co. Ltd., which focuses on PE business. In 2016, Hangzhou Trust was approved by CBRC to obtain the qualification to engage in equity investment business with inherent assets.
